FAQ

  • When will you ship my order? 
    We try to process orders the next day. Orders placed on Friday will process on Monday. Shipping times may vary between 2 -10 days. 

  • Incorrect Address

       We are not responsible for any package if returned to us because customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal or zip code.​ 

  • Returns
    We currently don't offer returns, however, we are happy to provide you a store credit or exchange the item for another piece. We do not cover the cost of shipping back to us, however, will cover the cost back to you in the case of an exchange.

  • Damaged Goods
    Each piece is inspected before shipment, however, if it to be damaged upon arrival, please email us at info@shopolympia-co.com or DM us on IG with pictures of the damaged pieces and your order number.
